He's been totally snubbed by the Sox, who have put David Ortiz on the ballot as their first baseman, despite the fact that he so rarely plays defense that I doubt he can get the glove on right-side-up without help. Further support to my man Don Sutton's argument that the all-star game should be nothing more than a casual event.
