Kevin Youkilis: UFH and so much more!
It seems that the soul patch is the trendy new facial hair arrangement of choice for so many young men today. And Kevin Youkilis, first baseman for the Red Sox, is no exception. (Though it should be noted that his soul patch, unfortunate as it is, is a vast improvement over his old facial hair.)
Youk’s soul patch has been formatted to resemble a slight shadow under his lower lip, as if he wants to make his lips look fuller. But, as should be clear from the accompanying visual aids (see below), the Greek God of Walks already possesses a mouth of Angelinian proportions.
It is truly a mouth made for the stage. Why mess around with it?
Kevin, like nearly all red-blooded American men, looks much better cleanly shorn. But I doubt any future Mrs. Youkilis will consider face-fuzz a deal-breaker, if the picture below is any indication:
