Barry Larkin should go into the Hall on the first ballot (although he probably won’t)
To my mind Barry Larkin is a stone cold lock for the Hall of Fame, even though there are probably enough people with short memories or who are just not paying attention among the BWAA to insure that he doesn’t get in this year.
Larkin had the complete package. An outstanding hitter with an .815 career [...]

So now, since I correctly predicted the NL MVP, the NL ROY and the AL ROY, I guess I just need one more to clinch a 4-0 sweep. Skills.

Alejandro, we weren’t predicting who would win. We were arguing who SHOULD win. And, frankly, as much as I love Ry-Ho, I don’t think he should have won. That Albert Pujols is too good.
