I don't like getting into speculations, but there was a rumor going around the blogosphere (and god knows us bloggers are committed to accuracy) a couple of months ago that Franco had created a division inside the clubhouse along cultural lines (ie hispanic vs. non-hispanic). Based on Valentin's comment, this seems like the reason for the division was probably inaccurate, which is what I figured. But it also seems that some portion of the rumor (that some players did not take to Franco) were accurate. Wow, 3 Franco posts in one week.
