  1. Sarah Green says:

Here’s an exciting addition to your list, Ward, via Joy of Sox: those lame-ass Coke bottles atop Fenway’s left field wall are history.

Apparently, some people are feeling nostalgic for them already. Since they were only put up a few years ago, however, that makes about as much sense as getting worked up over that old hideous Hood bottle in right.

  2. Sarah Green says:

Dodgers’ special adviser Jackie Chan has already proved a valuable resource for the team’s core of emerging talent. “Coach Jackie is so great to have around,” said Andre Ethier, as youngsters Matt Kemp and James Loney nodded in agreement. “Having him and Joe Torre here has really helped.”

“The only thing I don’t really understand,” added Kemp, “Is why Coach Chan always calls me ‘grasshopper.'”

  3. Coley Ward says:

Typical Jackie Chan. No stunt man for him!

  4. Paul Moro says:

  5. In baseball, as in life, there’s no such thing as too much crotch.

  6. Paul Moro says:

Melissa, that holds true for one man and one man only. And that’s David Bowie.
