I don't have a good answer for what they should wear (green cleats can't be right), but the white is rough. - The Giants? C'mon. Two ugly colors never combine to be attractive. - The White Sox should be higher on the list for having 4 awesome looks. All pins, black/pins, all gray, black/gray. The all look great. - The Cubs pins are great. The all gray uniforms are among the worst in baseball. - Dodgers are classic. It's the same league as Detroit and St. Louis. It's bold and tough to go with no piping, and all 3 of those teams make it happen. Gotta put Stl on the list. You’re out of your mind.

But when I see those two cardinals balancing on that bat, it just makes me feel a little giggly. I feel like any uniform that makes me laugh doesn't go in my top nine. But maybe I just need to lighten up---after all, it's not like I want the Cardinals to <em>change</em> their uniforms. I couldn't really imagine them any other way. It's just that I find them...sort of...funny looking. The Royals unis are okay. I give them props for bringing back the baby blue alternates, and also for switching to royal blue cleats and belts this year. But I feel like with the Royals, disaster is always around the corner. If they want to get onto any best-dressed list, they need to string together a couple of good years and prove that this season's sartorial excellence isn't just a fluke.
