I don't know whether or not this counts, but Brandon McCarthy has been on the DL two or three times ever since the trade to Texas in the 2006-07 offseason. Now, he's on the 60-day DL with a strained elbow. (Seriously though, wasn't the Danks/Masset for McCarthy trade one of the more lopsided in recent memory?)
