		<description>Well, Paul, you&#039;re right that the numbers indicate that the Twins are not for real. Then again, the numbers said the same thing about last season&#039;s Diamondbacks.

I think the Twins have been lucky so far. But if Cuddyer continues his hot hitting and Liriano makes a triumphant return, that  could be enough to make this team a winner right now. Though, for the record, I&#039;m not holding my breath.</description>

They have sub-league average OBP AND SLG. And are yet scoring more runs than the average AL offense. They have a negative run differential. And as you note, their pitchers give up way too many hits. Add it all up and I&#039;m not seeing a contender here.</description>
