They get plenty of production from Holliday. Swapping him and Manny not only costs them more money this year, Manny's gonna walk in the offseason while Holliday's under contract in 2009. So if the Sox want Holliday, the conversation begins with Jacoby Ellsbury and they'll also probably ask for Lester. Which, obviously, the Sox won't do.
