This is when you get up in your ballclubs face and challenge some of those million dollar hitters fight (Thome,Dye,Konerko,Griffy Jr.) 3,4,5 hitters have been terrible way before they entered the metrodome but ozzie & kenny refused to address the issue early.So when you entered the last month of the season and your best hitter went down wasnt that enough of a red flag? Ozzie is more of a showmen then a mannager he loves the attention but winning will get you more attention then any other way known to man. The sox are starting to look like the retirement resort for aged stars yet these are the players that Kenny keep wanting us to give him credit for signing. If the cubs can find a whole roster full of viable plug in players you mean to tell me Kenny couldnt find 3 to fill the hole that Crede & Carlos left by going down late in the season. I agree the sox dont deserve to go to the post season FOR WHAT? to futher show how bad this team actually is by being bounced in the first series. How is the hitting coach still collecting a check when on his watch the big bats have done nothing to mention. It still looks like these hitters are still going after the same bad off speed pitches they were chasing earliar on in the season showing me there has not been any adjustments to protect teir weakness off speed pitches. Thome is all or nothing groundsout hits into double plays or strikes out OH YEAH, a occasional homerun they need a complete overhaul KENNY get on the phone now and stop blowing money signing players we get nothing out of. We have no speed no timely hitting no real ace and no middle relief get started now and get a jump on Gagne, Wagner, Hoffman,these are your type of players Kenny.
