That's just not cool. But I think they would get the city more excited about building them a new stadium if they did a little more to make themselves a more popular club, first. Right now, it feels like they're trying to hold the city hostage -- "We'll suck until you buy us a new stadium. So there." This, to me, makes as much sense as saying to your boyfriend or girlfriend, "I'm not going to shower until you buy me a Faberge egg." I mean, wtf? Yeah, no baseball team should have to compete in a football stadium. That’s just not cool. It's quite a ways outside the city and their public transportation to and from the stadium is crap. So I do think a more accessible stadium will help them quite a bit. However, it's not a fix-all.
