Hot Baseball Wife: Kanako Enomoto
Right before the 2004 season, former Seattle Mariners closer Kazuhiro Sasaki surprised the baseball world when he walked away from the one year and $8.5 million left on his contract and returned home to Japan, saying he wanted to “be with his family.”
Well now we know the real reason why.
It turns out that Sasaki had gotten involved with Japanese model and actress Kanako Enomoto. Within a year, Sasaki divorced his first wife, and then married Kanako, who was already pregnant with his child, thus adding one of the hottest women in Japan to the hallowed pantheon that is Hot Baseball Wives.
Four years later, Sasaki has now retired from baseball, and the pair are still together and have added a second child to their family, along with the two children from Sasaki’s first marriage. Kanako has largly withdrawn from her highly successful career as a swimsuit model and TV drama queen to focus her energies on raising the four children.

I’ve been a fan of Kanako for years. She’s great! If you like them 5′2″ and 90 lbs (and I do), she’s the greatest thing in the world! Glad she’s doing well.
