Not even close! Suz and I arrived in Los Angeles this afternoon to catch our connecting flight to Tucson, and discovered that the Phils-Dodgers series was set to begin in only a couple of hours! Not wanting to miss the early innings, we volunteered to take a later flight (scoring two roundtrip flight vouchers in the process) and hunkered down to watch the game in the LAX California Pizza Kitchen. Unfortunately, our flight boarded just as Brad Lidge looked poised to blow the game, so we missed the final three outs. But maybe that was a good thing? After all, watching Lidge pitch can't be beneficial to one's health. Oh but they weren’t knocked out, Melissa! Not even close!
