		<description>Well of course it&#039;s true. In fact, they got outscored because their offense was pretty terrible.

However, the team got rid of the players who were mostly responsible for this - Balentien, Betancourt, Cedeno, Beltre, Johjima, etc. And while Fontenot and Laroche aren&#039;t huge names in the least, they probably won&#039;t give you negative offensive WAR either (I expect Fontenot to have a decent bounceback year). 

So to improve the offense, they don&#039;t need to bring in big names. They just need to stop giving so many ABs to terrible hitters. And it looks like in 2010, they&#039;re going to do just that.

And of course, they need luck. I didn&#039;t say that they will get to 90 wins. I said they have a chance to do so.</description>
