Giambi, before and after
For those of you who still doubt the power of steroids and HGH, I say behold these before and after shots of Jason Giambi. The before pic, compliments of JoeSportsFan.com, shows Giambi in his pre-performance enhanced days, when he played third base.
I don’t think I need to add anything clever here. I think the photos speak for themselves.

those pictures do not prove anything. look at pictures of Adam Kennedy when he was picked up by the Cardinals and look at him now.

Publius, Giambi has admitted using steroids!! He’s tested positive for amphetamines! The pics are just icing on the cake.

Yeah the proof’s in the writing, the grand jury testimony, the Mitchell conversation AND the press conference…the baseball cards are just “icing on the cake” as Coley puts it.

And, of course, there’s that chapter in “Juiced,” the Jose Canseco book, called “Giambi, the Most Obvious Juicer in the Game.” An excerpt: “Giambi had the most obvious steroid physique I’ve ever seen in my life. He was so bloated, it was unbelievable. There was no definition to his body at all. You could see the retention of liquids, especially in his neck and face…You could literally put your finger on his fkin and see the water under there as it indented and then filled in. That’s not muscle! More dead giveaways: the color of his skin, and the reddish pimples….Sometimes, the three of us [ie, Canseco, Giambi, and McGwire] would go into the bathrooms [sic] stalls together to shoot up steroids or growth hormone. I would inject myself, and Giambi and McGwire would be one stall over, injecting each other.”
